Ingredients

  • 400g lasagna sheets
  • 300g pumpkin, diced
  • 200g porcini mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 200g sausage, removed from its casing
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 500ml béchamel sauce
  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
  3. Add the sausage and cook until browned, then incorporate the sliced porcini mushrooms and diced pumpkin. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until the pumpkin softens.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of béchamel sauce, followed by lasagna sheets, the mushroom and sausage mixture, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Repeat the layers, finishing with béchamel and Parmesan on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
