- 500g of anchovies, cleaned
- 50g of raisins
- 40g of breadcrumbs
- 30g of pecorino cheese, grated
- 1 handful of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for spraying
