Ingredients
- 1 pinsa dough base
- 200g potatoes, thinly sliced
- 100g green beans, trimmed
- 100g basil pesto
- 80g prescinseua cheese
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pinsa dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Arrange the potato slices evenly over the pinsa base.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until the base is crispy.
- While baking, blanch the green beans in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain.
- Remove the pinsa from the oven and spread the basil pesto over the potatoes.
- Top with blanched green beans.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add dollops of prescinseua cheese.
- Serve warm and enjoy the authentic flavors of Liguria.
