Zite al forno con ragù di salsiccia e porri

Indulge in the authentic taste of Italian recipes with our baked ziti with sausage and leek ragù. This traditional dish brings the rustic flavors of Italy right to your table, perfect for a family Sunday lunch. The star of this recipe is the ziti, a thick and rough-textured pasta that beautifully holds the hearty ragù.

In this version, ziti are enveloped in a flavorful sausage and leek ragù, enhanced with wine, sage, and rosemary. A creamy béchamel sauce adds richness, while layers of scamorza cheese melt during baking. Parmesan creates a delicious golden crust on top. The result is a rich and substantial baked pasta, combining the robust character of sausage with the aromatic notes of leeks.
