Ingredients

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder.
  4. Dip each chicken cutlet into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Lightly spray both sides of the cutlets with olive oil.
  6. Place the cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve hot with your choice of sides and sauces.
