Ingredients
- 4 chicken cutlets
- 2 eggs
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Dip each chicken cutlet into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
