Ingredients

  • 300g chestnut flour
  • 200g ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chestnut flour, ricotta cheese, egg, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Knead the mixture gently until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each piece into long ropes about 1 cm thick.
