Ingredients

  • 500g potato starch
  • 300g potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until soft, then peel and mash them.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes with potato starch and a pinch of salt.
  3. Add the egg and knead until you have a smooth dough.
  4. Divide the dough into smaller pieces and roll each piece into a long cylinder.
  5. Cut the cylinders into bite-sized pieces for the gnocchi.
  6. Use a fork to create ridges on each piece for better sauce adhesion.
  7. Boil the gnocchi in salted water until they float to the surface.
  8. Drain and serve with your desired sauce.
