Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of ready-made puff pastry
  • 100g raspberry jam
  • 100g mascarpone cheese
  • 100g hazelnut spread
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Roll out the puff pastry and cut out heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
  2. Place the heart shapes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. While the pastries are baking, mix the mascarpone cheese with the hazelnut spread to create a smooth cream.
  4. Once the pastries are baked, let them cool slightly. Then, spread raspberry jam on each heart and top with a dollop of the mascarpone hazelnut cream.
  5. Garnish with fresh raspberries and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
