Ingredients

  • 500 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 sheets gelatin
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 30 g sugar (for the coulis)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
