Ingredients

  • 250g Pinsa dough
  • 100g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 100g peas
  • 50g fava beans
  • 30g toasted almonds
  • Lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pinsa dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread the Gorgonzola cheese evenly over the dough.
  4. Blanch the peas and fava beans, then blend the peas into a cream.
