  • 150g Burrata cheese
  • 100g Mortadella slices
  • For the apple chutney: 1 apple, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar, pinch of salt, pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chutney: Peel and dice the apple. Cook with sugar, vinegar, salt, and cinnamon until soft and syrupy.
  2. Prepare the Pinsa Base: Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). Bake the pinsa base for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  3. Assemble the Pinsa: Spread the apple chutney over the baked pinsa base.
  4. Add Toppings: Tear the burrata and evenly distribute over the chutney. Lay the mortadella slices on top.
  5. Final Touch: Optionally, return to the oven for 2 minutes to warm slightly, then serve immediately.
