Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup Grana Padano cheese, grated
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook it according to package instructions.
  2. While the quinoa is cooking, wash and slice the zucchinis.
