Ricotta Cutlets | Easy Italian Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250g ricotta cheese
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100g corn flakes (crushed)
  • 2 eggs
  • Flour for dusting
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the ricotta and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper, mixing well until creamy.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties, keeping them about 1 cm thick.
  3. Prepare a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and crushed corn flakes.
  4. Dredge each patty in flour, dip it into the egg, then coat it with corn flakes, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the cutlets for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels before serving hot with a side salad.
