Ingredients

  • 2 kg pork shoulder
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 200 ml white wine
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large roasting pan, drizzle olive oil and place the pork shoulder, seasoning with salt, pepper, and chopped garlic.
  3. Surround the meat with potatoes, cut into quarters, and add sprigs of rosemary.
  4. Pour the white wine over the meat and potatoes, then cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Roast for about 2 hours, removing the foil in the last 30 minutes to allow the pork to brown.
  6. Once cooked, let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve hot with the roasted potatoes.
