Ingredients

  • 200g Pavesini biscuits
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 150g ripe papaya, diced
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Tropical fruits for decoration (kiwi, mango, pineapple)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  4. Soak each Pavesini biscuit in water or fruit juice briefly, then layer them on a plate.
  5. Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream over the Pavesini, followed by a layer of diced papaya.
  6. Repeat the layers until the ingredients are used up, finishing with the mascarpone cream on top.
  7. Decorate the top with assorted tropical fruits.
