Ingredients

  • For the crust:
  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 100g butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • For the coconut cream:
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 50g sugar
  • 40g cornstarch
  • For the topping:
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1/2 papaya
  • Fresh coconut slices

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the crust by mixing flour, butter, sugar, and egg until a dough forms. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Roll out the dough and place it in a tart pan. Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 3: For the coconut cream, heat coconut milk with sugar. Add cornstarch and stir until thickened. Cool slightly.

Step 4: Pour the coconut cream over the baked crust. Chill in the refrigerator.

Step 5: Slice mango, pineapple, and papaya. Arrange over the tart along with fresh coconut slices.
