Ingredients

  • Fennel – 3 medium bulbs
  • Provola cheese – 200g (7 oz)
  • Breadcrumbs – 100g (3.5 oz)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese – 50g (1.75 oz)
  • Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Clean the fennel bulbs and slice them thinly.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the fennel slices, followed by slices of provola cheese.
  4. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
