Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate Easter egg
  • Pavesini biscuits
  • Dark chocolate for ganache
  • Cream
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Coffee
  • Sugar
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Carefully cut the dark chocolate Easter egg in half and set aside.
  2. Prepare a ganache by melting dark chocolate and mixing it with cream until smooth.
  3. Combine mascarpone cheese with sugar and gently fold in the chocolate ganache.
  4. Brew coffee and let it cool slightly.
  5. Dip Pavesini biscuits in coffee and layer them inside the chocolate egg shell.
  6. Spread a layer of the mascarpone and chocolate mixture over the biscuits.
  7. Repeat layering until the egg shell is filled.
