Ingredients

  • 8 green onions
  • 100g speck
  • 100g brie cheese
  • 50g cornmeal
  • 30g walnuts, chopped
  • 1 sprig rosemary, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Trim and clean the green onions, blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain.
  3. Wrap each green onion with a slice of speck and a slice of brie.
  4. In a bowl, mix cornmeal, walnuts, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll the wrapped onions in the breading mixture to coat evenly.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
