Ingredients
- 1 kg of pumpkin, peeled and diced
- 250 g of potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 liter of vegetable broth
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the crunchy vegetables: assorted seasonal vegetables of your choice (carrots, bell peppers, etc.)
- Fermented sauce (to taste)
- Sumac for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
