Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 100g speck
  • 1 zucchini
  • 150g fontina cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into strips.
  3. Slice the zucchini thinly and cut the fontina into small cubes.
  4. Place a piece of speck, a slice of zucchini, and a cube of fontina on each strip of puff pastry.
  5. Roll the strips into small rolls and place them in a dove-shaped mold.
  6. Brush the rolls with egg yolk and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
