Air Fryer Sea Bass – Easy Italian Recipe

Quick and easy air fryer sea bass with cherry tomatoes.

Branzino in friggitrice ad aria

Air Fryer Sea Bass is a quicker alternative to the classic oven-baked method. This Italian recipe is one of those main courses that, once tasted, will become a favorite.

The star of the dish is the sea bass, a fish known for its delicate and firm flesh. It shines best with short, dry cooking methods. The air fryer is a valuable tool here, allowing for slightly crispy skin and a soft, juicy interior, while minimizing fat use and preserving flavors and textures.

Accompanying the fish are cherry tomatoes, small, sweet, and intense, which transform into a juicy and aromatic side dish when cooked. Their balance of acidity and muscovado sugar creates a perfect contrast with the fish’s delicacy, adding a lively Mediterranean note to the dish.
