Ingredients

  • 300 g of boiled potatoes
  • 200 g of champignon mushrooms
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g of grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Peel and mash the boiled potatoes in a large bowl.
  3. Clean and finely chop the champignon mushrooms and cook them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil until soft.
  4. Mix the chopped mushrooms with the mashed potatoes.
  5. Add the egg, grated cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
  6. Shape the mixture into patties.

  8. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
