Ingredients

  • 400g short pasta
  • 300g sausage
  • 200g peas
  • 500ml béchamel sauce
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and cook the sausage until browned. Add peas and cook for a few more minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, sausage, peas, béchamel sauce, and half of the mozzarella.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
