Ingredients
- 300g all-purpose flour
- 150ml water
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 300g chicken breast
- 20g fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix the flour with curry powder and slowly add water. Knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Make the Filling: Blend the chicken breast with ginger, sesame oil, rice wine, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Shape the Dumplings: Roll out the dough into thin circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and seal the edges by pressing them together.
