Delicious Apple Bundt Cake: An Easy Italian Recipe

Make the perfect Italian apple bundt cake with this easy recipe. Moist, flavorful, and ideal for any time of the day!

Ciambella alle mele

Ciambella alle mele, or Italian apple bundt cake, is a simple and wholesome dessert that feels like home. Perfect for any time of day, it’s an ideal way to start your morning or enjoy as a snack, especially when paired with a steaming cup of tea. It also shines as a homemade dessert served at the end of a meal with a scoop of ice cream. Each slice offers a perfect balance between the moistness of the batter and the natural sweetness of apples. Unlike traditional bundt cakes, in this version, apples take the spotlight: they’re included in the batter for moisture as well as on top as decoration. The result is a soft, aromatic cake where the notes of cinnamon and lemon zest further enhance the fruit’s flavor. If you’re looking for a simple, genuine dessert with authentic taste, you can’t go wrong with ciambella alle mele!
