Ingredients

  • 200g tonnarelli pasta
  • 50g Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
  • 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • Breadcrumbs, for coating
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the tonnarelli pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, combine the hot pasta with Pecorino Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until creamy.
  3. Shape the pasta mixture into small balls or ovals. Roll them in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
