Ingredients

  • 500g of pizza dough
  • 200g of Milan Salami, sliced
  • 200g of Stracciatella cheese
  • Tomato sauce, to taste
  • Basil leaves, for garnish
  • Oil for frying

  1. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into small discs, about 10 cm in diameter.
  3. Fry the discs until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  5. Top each fried montanarina with a spoonful of tomato sauce, a generous serving of stracciatella, slices of salami, and fresh basil.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
