Ingredients

  • 250g gluten-free spaghetti
  • 300g yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Toasted breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt. Cook the gluten-free spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.
