Ingredients

  • 500 ml lactose-free cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 6 g gelatin sheets
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 200 g fresh blueberries
  • 30 g sugar (for sauce)
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the lactose-free cream with sugar and the seeds from the vanilla pod. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and add the softened gelatin, stirring until completely melted.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. For the sauce, cook blueberries with sugar until they break down into a sauce.
  6. Unmold the panna cotta, top with blueberry sauce, and garnish with basil leaves.
