Ingredients

  • 300g Malloreddus pasta
  • 150g Italian sausage
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 100g peas
  • 1 potato, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 pinch of saffron
  • Olive oil, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
