Ingredients
- 24 Pavesini cookies
- 500g of fresh peaches, diced
- 250ml of heavy cream
- 250g of mascarpone cheese
- 80g of powdered sugar
- 50g of toasted hazelnuts, chopped
- Fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a serving dish, arrange a layer of Pavesini at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the Pavesini.
- Add a layer of diced peaches and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining Pavesini, cream, peaches, and hazelnuts.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
