Ingredients

  • 300g pasta (your choice)
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200g mozzarella cheese, chopped
  • 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the canned tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
  6. Transfer half of the pasta into a baking dish. Top with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  7. Add the remaining pasta and top with the rest of the cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
