Ingredients

  • 200g pasta of choice
  • 150g fresh peas
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 100g baby spinach
  • 100g burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add peas and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  4. Mix in baby spinach, cooking until wilted.
  5. Drain pasta and combine with the skillet ingredients.
