Ingredients

  • 400 ml of soy milk
  • 200 ml of plant-based cream
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of agar-agar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Raspberry purée (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the soy milk, plant-based cream, and sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add the agar-agar and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Let it boil for about 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds and let it cool before refrigerating for a minimum of 4 hours or until set.
  5. Once set, carefully unmold the panna cotta and serve with raspberry purée on top.
