Ingredients

  • 200g of all-purpose flour
  • 50g of sugar
  • 50g of butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • Grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Granulated sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  7. Roll the warm castagnole in granulated sugar.
