Experience the delicate flavor of Baked Cheesecake with Tworog, a traditional Ukrainian dessert that captivates with its velvety texture. If you love exploring international cheesecakes, such as the classic New York cheesecake, Basque cheesecake, and Japanese cheesecake, this delightful version from Eastern Europe is a must-try!

For this recipe, we use tworog, a fresh dairy product popular in Eastern Europe that resembles ricotta but boasts a firmer texture and a more pronounced tangy taste. The result is a light and soft dessert, perfect for enjoying at breakfast or as an afternoon snack.
