Ingredients

  • 200g basmati rice
  • 200g tofu
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the basmati rice according to package instructions.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate in soy sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Chop the red bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot into thin strips.
