Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a tiny amount of oil.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the batter into the skillet, swirling to spread it evenly.
  4. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook for another 1 minute.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate as you finish.
  6. Fill with your favorite ingredients and serve warm, or let cool and store for later.
