Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of rustic bread
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 200g crescenza cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Slice the bread and place the slices on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the bread with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes until golden.
  4. Meanwhile, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  5. Rub each slice of toasted bread with a garlic clove.
  6. Spread crescenza cheese over the bread slices.
