Ingredients

  • 200g Greek yogurt
  • 100g Nutella®
  • 100g raspberries
  • 80g Digestive biscuits
  • 20g icing sugar
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the Digestive biscuits into small pieces and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with icing sugar until smooth.
  3. Layer the crushed biscuits at the bottom of each serving glass.
  4. Add a layer of the sweetened Greek yogurt on top of the biscuits.
  5. Spread a layer of Nutella® over the yogurt.
  6. Top with fresh raspberries.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves.
  8. Repeat the layering process if desired.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
