Ingredients

  • 3 medium zucchinis
  • 50g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dice the zucchinis into small cubes.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the zucchini cubes and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  4. Mix breadcrumbs with thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  6. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is golden and crispy.
