Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml heavy cream

Instructions
