Ingredients

  • 400g paccheri pasta
  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 100g guanciale, diced
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions
