Ingredients

  • Carrots – 800g
  • Butter – 50g
  • Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, grated – 50g
  • Chopped almonds – 30g
  • Fresh sage leaves – 5
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks.
  3. In a baking dish, combine carrots with melted butter, sage leaves, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender.
