Ingredients

  • 500g shrimp
  • 4 ripe apricots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 30g butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean the shrimp and set aside.
