Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made shortcrust pastry or homemade
  • 200g of sliced ham
  • 200g of scamorza cheese, diced
  • 3 medium potatoes, boiled and sliced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a tart pan with it, ensuring the edges are well-formed.
