  • Spaghetti – 320g
  • Spring onions – 250g
  • Taleggio cheese – 150g
  • Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the spring onions until soft.
  3. Transfer the onions to a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted boiling water.
