Steamed Cod Fillet with Tomatoes and Cucunci

If the thought of eating plain fish doesn’t excite you, here’s a delightful recipe to bring a tasty and light main course to your table: steamed cod fillet with tomatoes and cucunci!

Steaming preserves the nutritional properties of cod, keeping it tender and juicy without the need for added fats. The irresistible aspect comes from the roasted cherry tomato sauce, enriched by the savory notes of Taggiasca olives and cucunci, the fruit of the caper plant. This trio of Mediterranean ingredients pairs perfectly with the sweet and delicate flavor of cod, characterized by its lean, firm, and compact flesh.

Easy to prepare, steamed cod fillet with tomatoes and cucunci is the ideal choice for healthy and balanced eating without stress or sacrifices!
