Pane naan farcito con salmone

Stuffed naan bread with salmon is a delightful recipe for those seeking an alternative idea for a quick lunch or an original appetizer. This Italian recipe features smoked salmon, whose intense flavor is balanced by the freshness of lamb’s lettuce, radishes, and a yogurt sauce flavored with fennel.

Similar to pita in appearance but softer and more elastic, homemade naan is a typical Indian bread that pairs perfectly with this colorful and flavorful mix of ingredients. The dough is made with yogurt and cooked in a pan until soft, fragrant, and slightly golden, providing the ideal base for your favorite fillings.
